Cancellation

Before the order is packed or dispatched, if you have made a mistake for order, missed a lens, or don't want it anymore, please contact us by email support@colourfuleye.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

If your order is shipped, we do not support cancellation, replacement or refund without receiving the order.

Return

After receiving the goods, please check if the product is damaged, we accept returns, but your goods must be unopened and undamaged.

Return Request

7 days for the goods warranty period, if you receive the goods within seven days, the goods have quality problems (torn, mutilated, crumpled, etc.), please contact us immediately and provide a clear picture of the product, After we check, we can process the return request for you.

In addition, due to packaging and transportation costs and product cost, if you need to return the goods, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

After the 7-day warranty period, your product has quality problems, you only need to pay $9.9 for shipping, and we will send you a brand new lens.

Note

1. Please check if the item is damaged or the color is wrong before disassembling.
2. If the parameters you ordered are not suitable for your eyes, or the color is not what you want, no return or exchange will be provided.

Refund

Please send an email to support@colourfuleye.com first, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Tell us your order number, name, and reason in the email.

After our inspection, without affecting the secondary sales, we will agree to your refund application. You need to put the package in the original packaging and send it back and provide the courier number and website so that we can track the logistics information. After we received it and checked it, we will process the refund in accordance with the refund conditions

If for any reason you would like a refund, please notify us immediately. It is important to note that not the entire payment will be refunded, 20% of the packaging, logistics and administrative costs will be levied on the amount of your purchase.

If your package is returned due to (incorrect address provided by the customer, unclaimed package, recipient not in the delivery period) and other reasons, we will not accept the refund request.
