| 1. Before and after handling lenses, wash and dry your hands with soap. |
| 2. Examine the lenses for nicks, tears, or physical defects before opening the vials. Please notify us as soon as you find any. |
| 3. Only use your fingertips to handle the lenses. Never use your nails (which should be kept trimmed and tidy at all times)! |
| 4. Try to keep your nails away from the lenses as much as possible. This is critical because it can cause the lenses to tear. The material of the lens is extremely delicate! |
| 5. Examine the lens's bowl to ensure that the edge is not curved outwards. If it is, it is from the inside out. |
| 6. Soak your lenses for at least 6 hours in multi-purpose contact lens solution (We highly recommend contact lens solution from ROHTO / Bausch & Lomb / Alcon) before using them for the first time. Always clean, rinse, and disinfect them with solution after each use. |

| 8. Lift your upper lid gently with one hand. With your other hand, use your middle finger to gently pull down your lower lid and your forefinger to place the lens. |
| 9. Take your fingers off your lid. Close your eyes and blink twice or three times. To center the lens on your eye, gently massage it in a circular motion. Rep with the opposite eye. |
| 10. If your vision appears blurry, it is possible that there are oils on the lens or that they are in the wrong eye. |
| 11. Gently pull down your lower lid to remove the lens. Look to the left and use your middle finger to slide the lens down to the white of your eye. Gently pinch the lens between your forefinger and thumb. |
| 12. Position the lens in the center of your palm. Add 6–8 drops of new multipurpose solution. Check the lens solution's expiration date. |
| 13. Rub the lens 20 to 30 times with your fingertip in a circular motion. Rinse once more with fresh solution. |
| 14. Change out the old solution in your lens case with new solution. Rep with the opposite lens. |
| 15. Make sure both lenses are completely immersed in solution, or they will become dehydrated and unusable. |
| 16. To avoid bacteria growth and possible contamination, replace your lens case every three months. |
