Although our colored contacts are designed for beauty, your safety is what we put at the forefront of our minds. Our team carefully assesses every product we design and sell, ensuring they’re safe to wear and manufactured with the highest quality standards. The products we carry have certifications from the FDA (US Drug and Food Administration),ISO (International Organization for Standardization) , and CE (Conformité Européenne) .
Colourfuleye cares about the health of our customers. Under the Fairness for Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA), it is the responsibility of any contact lens seller to verify a customer's prescription before selling lenses. As a contact lens brand that takes responsibility for our customers, we will not sell you any contacts with prescriptions without first verifying your prescription. If you have a need to purchase prescription contact lenses, please contact us and provide a valid copy of your prescription (photo/scan) along with the name and contact information of your prescriber, such as email or phone number. We will contact them directly to verify your prescription as soon as possible.
Contact lenses do not require animal based ingredients in the manufacturing process. In most cases, contact lenses are synthetic and chemically produced using ingredients like silicone, plastic polymers called hydrogels, and fluorine which have nothing to do with animals and do not involve animal testing. So most contact lenses, including ours, can be considered Vegan-Friendly. Contact lenses are classified as Grade 2 medical devices by the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration, US), CE (European Conformity) and the FDA of most other countries. A company who manufactures a product using a new material is obligated to submit the product for animal testing by the FDA for approval of the new material. Such companies usually experiment with samples submitted early in product development stage to ensure that they meet all safety standards. And no animal testing is required for later products made with the same material. Taking advantage of this, some companies obtain a certification without having to conduct any animal test and make lenses out of materials that have already been developed and proven to be safe. And thus they promote them as products that have not been tested on animals. Our company also manufactures products by using previously approved safety materials and adding our own technologies which improve wearing comfort. So the contact lenses that we produce and sell are products that are not directly tested on animals. Animals are not used in any shape or form by our company; from raw materials, manufacturing, packaging, and all the way up to sales. However, we don't advertise our contact lenses to be Cruelty-Free because we can't say with certainty that the company that received initial approval for the ingredients we use did not involve some form of animal testing in getting FDA approval. Our company is simply able to sidestep that process because it has already been done by another company. So, in short, we do not condone animal testing and do not use any animal based ingredients. Some other company may have to get the ingredients approved, and other contact lens manufacturers like ourselves are able to run our business without the use of animals.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking information. And the estimated delivery date depends on the country and shipping method you choose. Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. If there is no tracking info few days after your order is shipped out, the reason is that it may takes 1-3 days for the tracking info to be updated while the shipping company is arranging the shipping space. If there is no updated tracking info during transportation for less than 5 days but still within estimated delivery date, please don't worry, tracking info has only been updated when it arrives at some important ports or destinations. If there is no updated tracking info for more than 5 days, please feel free to contact us.
Normally for in-stock products, it will take 1-3 days to process the order after the order is placed. If your order contains any pre-order item(s), we will wait until all of your items become available before we ship out the order. This is a way for us to ensure we are making less of a carbon footprint and allowing us to get all of the items to you at once. We understand the current experience isn't ideal and are actively working on a long-term solution. Since our brand is still in its infancy and development stage, we are deeply sorry for the problems that may exist in the logistics stage. Please believe that we will gradually improve the existing problems in the long-term development.
Normally, an email with tracking number will be sent to your account email address once the order is shipped out. If you did not receive the email, you can check the following situations: 1. Please check whether the email address you used to placed the order is different. 2. Please check your junk emails to see whether the mail is shielded. 3. Please check your order status in your account to see whether it is shipped.
Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they left our warehouse. You can also cancel it by yourself in the order list. If you encounter any difficulties in the process, please contact us ASAP. Email Us with your order number and reason.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do it through your account. Once your order has left the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes and you could wait until it is delivered. Once your order is delivered, you can request a return for refund within 7 days. In addition, due to packaging and transportation costs and product cost, if you need to return the goods, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. After the 7-day warranty period, your product has quality problems, you only need to pay $9.9 for shipping, and we will send you a brand new lens. Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem and provide pictures.
There might be two situations for missing items, please contact us according to the following description: (1)Your order is overweight due to too many items or contains pre-order products. For overweight orders, we may split the order and ship it out in several packages. For orders containing pre-sale products, we may split the order when it was a little delayed and give priority to the items in stock so that you can receive them as soon as possible. We will also ship out the remaining pre-order products as soon as they are instock. Therefore, the missing items may be in the coming packages. If you have any questions about your package tracking information, please feel free to contact us. (2)Missing items caused during packing or transportation. Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem and provide pictures of the items and the outer package you received.
Please send an email to support@colourfuleye.com first, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Tell us your order number, name, and reason in the email. After our inspection, without affecting the secondary sales, we will agree to your refund application. You need to put the package in the original packaging and send it back and provide the courier number and website so that we can track the logistics information. After we received it and checked it, we will process the refund in accordance with the refund conditions If for any reason you would like a refund, please notify us immediately. It is important to note that not the entire payment will be refunded, 20% of the packaging, logistics and administrative costs will be levied on the amount of your purchase. If your package is returned due to (incorrect address provided by the customer, unclaimed package, recipient not in the delivery period) and other reasons, we will not accept the refund request.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges, but you can choose to place a new order and initiate a return. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned package, for more information, please feel free to contact us.
It might be the below reasons: 1. Card info are incorrect. Please kindly check expiration date, billing address, and security code (Security code on the back of your Visa/Master card). 2. Card issuer bank declined your payment. 3. No enough balance on the card. 4. Shipping address and Billing address are inconsistent. If possible, we advise you to try paying with PayPal or other supported payment methods.
